Shipping policy

Made to order

Most Wildflower Fringe products are made to order. This means your order will go into production once it has been placed, so please allow time for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

Processing and dispatch

Most orders are produced and dispatched within a few working days. Processing and dispatch times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, around bank holidays or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery

Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Wildflower Fringe currently delivers within the UK. We may introduce delivery to additional countries or regions in the future, and the delivery options available to you will be shown at checkout.

Orders containing multiple items

Items within the same order may occasionally be produced or dispatched separately. This means you may receive your order in more than one parcel.

Delivery delays

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally delays may occur due to carriers, adverse weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Lost or damaged deliveries

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at wildflower.fringeuk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so that we can investigate.
